The incoming demolition will occur at Proof Wine & Spirits’ maiden operation located at 3360 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80205, according to a commercial construction permit filed with the city. The project details read as follows:

“Expanding retail sales area. Demolition of a demising wall, some framing, drywall, and trim work. New paint. Replace some lighting. modify existing HVAC for a new area. Install a new water cooler with a bottle filler and a new mop sink. New skylight.”

It’s currently unclear what brought about the renovations at the 8,500-square-foot space. 

Located in Denver’s RiNo district, Proof focuses on wineries and distilleries that produce responsibly-made products. Its proclaimed passion is to support family-owned and smaller-production businesses from all over the world. “If words like sustainable, organic, biodynamic, or natural are in your wheelhouse, you should stop by and see us,” Proof’s website explains.
