The River North Art District will be home to two new restaurants next summer — The Crack Shack and Via 313 Pizzeria — with more locations expected in the future.
According to an article in The Denver Post, The Crack Shack’s new RiNo location will open in a 3,800-square-foot space with Via 313 Pizzeria opening in an adjacent 2,870-square-foot space at 2801 Walnut Street, Denver, CO 80205.
Tastes from The Crack Shack include fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, mini biscuits, and sweet shakes.
Guests at Via 313 Pizzeria can enjoy tasty apps such as roasted broccoli and cauliflower, Detroit-style pizzas, bar-style pizza—with a thin crust—and a variety of refreshing salads and scrumptious desserts.
The Crack Shack is based in San Diego and opened its first Denver area location at Grange Hall in Greenwood Village last month. Via 313 Pizzeria currently has locations across the Austin area and in Utah.
Savory, which is a Mercato Partners Fund, invested in both restaurants to expand their brands into other locations. According to its website, Savory partners with restaurateurs to expand emerging brands that target undiscovered parts of the food and beverage industry.
