This expansion is being spearheaded by Good 2 Go Eats, a franchisee with plans to open seven locations across the region. The company plans to complete the expansion within an impressive timeline of 100 days, at intervals of three to four weeks.
The brand tells What Now Denver that the store will open sometime in Q3. Other Rusty Taco locations are coming to Dacono, Brighton, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, and Fountain.
Originally founded in Dallas in 2010 by Rusty and Denise Fenton, Rusty Taco has grown a significant amount. By the end of 2024, the company aspires to increase its presence to 57 locations across nine states.
“We’re thrilled to bring Rusty Taco to the Denver market,” said Eric Murphy, Vice President of Good 2 Go Eats. “Our goal is to open all seven locations in 100 days, bringing over ten unique tacos, signature queso, and freshly made in-house guacamole to our guests.”
