This expansion is spearheaded by Good 2 Go Eats, a franchisee who announced plans to open all seven locations within the span of four months. The locations will span the Denver and Colorado Springs metro areas.

The new restaurants will offer a menu with over ten unique tacos, signature queso, and made-in-house guacamole. Locations have begun hiring for all crew positions, including SR Shift Leaders and Shift Leaders.

Originally founded in Dallas, Texas, in 2010 by Rusty and Denise Fenton, the brand has steadily expanded its footprint. It’s a popular fast-casual restaurant that has grown to dozens of locations across nine states. Further expansion is projected to bring the total to 57 by the end of 2024.

“We’re thrilled to bring Rusty Taco to the Denver market, with our first location opening this summer,” said Eric Murphy, Vice President of Good 2 Go Eats. “Our goal is to open all seven locations in 100 days, bringing over ten unique tacos, signature queso, and freshly made in-house guacamole to our guests.”
