The cousins, both of whom share a passion for cannabis and cooking, conceived the truck’s concept, successfully pitching it to the dispensary’s owner. According to Westword, “the food venture’s success brought about a line of THC-infused sauces, including a honey-mustard wing sauce and traditional barbecue.” Now, nearly two dozen dispensaries carry the cousins’ products.

Saucy’s serves rib plates, wing plates, hot-link plates, Green Chili Mac & Cheese, Grilled Teriyaki Parmesan Corn, and a handful of other mouthwatering southern-inspired dishes.

It’s currently unclear when Matthews and Dawkins will begin their franchising mission, but the ambitious duo is undoubtedly laser-focused on growth.
