This restaurant will be among three finishing out the year, including one in Cherry Creek and another location forthcoming at the Tech Center at 8775 E. Orchard Rode in Greenwood Village.

The shop, owned by Jim Seidell, has added 27 locations now since their initial opening back in 1996.

The first of the Snarf’s in Boulder was originally referred to as “The Shack,” according to their website. Their list of locations covers various areas in Colorado, as well as in St. Louis, Missouri and Austin, Texas.

Each of the sandwiches is made-to-order and offers homemade dressings and house-made breads including white, wheat or gluten free.

Some of the specialty sandwiches include smoked brisket with BBQ and swiss, prime rib and provolone, and vegetarian options like the eggplant parmesan and artichoke and feta with provolone.

As for the shop opening in Broomfield, the deli is currently hiring as of this publication. While the new storefront has yet to open, the training will take place in the Westminster store before the official opening later in September.
