Stem Ciders will soon move from 2811 Walnut St to 3040 Blake Street, the former home of The Preservery. Stem Ciders will vacate its current location on September 30, opening the space for the inauguration of Howdy Bar, a country-western tavern primed to thrive in the RiNo Arts District.

Stem Ciders will reopen at the end of the year with new & improved means to hone both its culinary and musical program — a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor and outdoor stage and a rooftop patio. The establishment will initially open with truncated hours before eventually opening “from lunch through late night, seven days a week, with brunch offered Friday – Sunday.”
Regarding Howdy Bar, Stem Ciders Co-Founder Eric Foster says, “The state of Colorado is still in many ways the Wild West…With Howdy Bar, we’re hoping to channel that Western spirit of peanut shells on the ground, old-school country music blasting, shots of whiskey, pitchers of Howdy Beer flowing, crisp refreshing ciders, and generally an approachable place for industry friends to come hang post shift.”
Howdy Bar will open the first week of October, just in time for the Great American Beer Festival.
