Sushi-Rama has a unique conveyor-belt system to deliver fresh sushi directly to the customers’ table. The Arista location is a 2,209 square foot space that features floor-to-ceiling windows and a colorful, retro design from Denver-based LIVStudio. The conveyor belt will stretch close to 200 feet that allows guests to enjoy quick service while sampling different types of sushi from the extensive selection of fish flown in fresh.

Guests can expect sushi plates on the belt ranging from $2 – $4 with classics like California and Spicy Tuna to one-of-a-kind creations like the The Mean Green (Soft shell crab tempura, blistered shishito pepper, shiso, avocado, cucumber, asparagus, kaiware, topped with wasabi tobiko, sesame seed and charred scallion mayo) and Bangkok Nights (Cucumber, mango, bean sprouts and bibb lettuce topped with seared NY strip, scallions, cilantro, crispy onion and garlic, pickled fresno chile and coconut curry vinaigrette).

The Broomfield location will also offer items from Osaka Ramen including Okonomiyaki Fries, Bacon Fried Rice and, of course, Chef Osaka’s Chicken Kara’Age. Guests will be able to warm up with big bowls of ramen this fall including Spicy Miso Ramen (chicken and pork broth, miso paste, sesame seeds, bean sprouts, garlic, kimchee, spicy pork, scallions, shoyu soft egg) and Vegetable Ramen (Thai green coconut curry, tofu, honshimeji mushroom, pickled vegetables, scallions, shoyu soft egg).

“I have been shopping the north market for some time and I feel that Arista is the best place for our fifth Sushi-Rama location,” said Chef Jeff Osaka in a statement. “From the proximity to entertainment to joining the community of other incredible restaurants in the development, we’re so excited to finally be opening in Broomfield!.”

Sparkling sake, wine, beer and Japanese twists on classics like a Green Tea Mule will also be offered. The location will also host a happy hour, M-F from 3-5 p.m., with 25% off all sushi and drink specials.

Sushi-Rama Broomfield is located at 8181 Arista Pl, Broomfield, CO 80021.
