Tavernetta, the Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant, is set to open its next location at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail this winter. The new venue, in partnership with Frasca Hospitality Group, will offer a menu that highlights Italy’s diverse culinary regions, from the Alpine north to the southern coasts.

Vail’s Tavernetta will be located in the space previously occupied by Flame Restaurant. The renovation, overseen by Studio Collective and OZ Architects, will introduce a modern design featuring indoor and outdoor spaces, a bar, a lounge, and cozy booths. A private dining room will be available for small meetings and special events.
The restaurant will serve an all-Italian wine list, Champagne, Italian spirits, and a digestif program. Tavernetta’s Denver location earned a spot on the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand list, and its sister restaurant Frasca in Boulder holds a Michelin star.
Tavernetta Vail is part of a broader set of enhancements at Four Seasons Resort Vail, including a reimagined spa, renovated suites, and an upgraded Ski Concierge. The resort opened in 2010 in the heart of Vail Village.
