The churrascaria was founded in 1995 by Ivan Utrera. “Founder and President Ivan Utrera, grew up enjoying the traditional churrasco style of dining,” according to their official website. “His vision of the restaurant was derived from the history of the tradition,” which ties to the Gaucho way of grilling and cooking meat with skewers.

According to a recent press release, this new Denver location is set to open in the Fall of 2021. “Rodizio’s newest location is conveniently located off I-25 in the Denver Tech Center,” according to their official website.

The menu features different cuts of meat such as tri-tip sirloin, top sirloin, and “bife com parmesao” that features a lean cut of beef topped with Parmesan cheese. They also serve poultry, pork, seafood, gourmet salads, and sides such as farofa, feijoada, couve and more.
