What Now Denver reached out to co-owner Brian Boyd, who owns the restaurant with his brother Scott and their friend Don Gragg, but he was unavailable for comment on Tuesday.

Although there’s no official word on an opening day, coverage by the Denver Post suggests they’re planning on an early winter opening.

The restaurant, which specializes in wood-fired meats cooked on a rotisserie, first opened their doors in a food hall in 2018 before they moved into their own brick-and-mortar last year.

According to the website, The Rotary “proudly (and loudly) extols the virtues of healthy food punctuated with bold flavors.” It also states they have a “fierce dedication to healthy living and environmental sustainability.”

The 2,600 square foot unit they’re moving into should allow them plenty of space to move around. They aim to keep their same community and family-based orientation that caters to your experience, whether you want a quick meal or one to enjoy over a few hours.

While we await the opening of restaurant number two, their first location at 217 S Holly Street will remain open for business.
