According to the Mono Mono website, an Asian frying technique is used to create the Korean-style fried chicken. The technique renders out the fat in the skin, which transforms it into a thin, crispy crust.

The menu offers a variety of dishes from appetizers of Kimchi fries and Bulgogi nachos to signature wings in six-to-20 count options and fried chicken tenderloins.

Guests can enjoy a variety of chicken sandwiches including fried chicken tenderloin in soy garlic sauce or with Korean sweet chili sauce and slaw. Or, why not try a Bulgogi sandwich with marinated thinly-sliced ribeye, grilled onions, veggies, and more? Dine-in or takeout will be available.

Mono Mono Korean Fried Chicken owner JW Lee opened two Denver locations in 2021—1550 Blake St. in LoDo and 3014 E Colfax Ave. in Congress Park. There is no official word on when a grand opening will be held for the Lafayette location, and Mono Mono did not respond to What Now Denver’s request for information.
