Three Saints Revival plans to “embody a revival” and provide a vibrant, bohemian appeal.

According to its website, Three Saints Revival is described as being beverage-forward and will feature old and new world wines, spirits, and craft cocktails.

The menu will feature Mediterranean-inspired tapas and small plates to include tastes from Spain, Italy, Egypt, and more.

Thompson created and grew Punch Bowl Social from its original Denver roots to nearly two dozen locations and founded Angevin & Co., which develops boutique hotels and their eateries.

The Frenchmen Hotel in New Orleans is another project by Angevin & Co., and its opening date is also planned for this fall.

Three Saints Revival will open in the former Hearth & Dram space in Hotel Indigo at 1801 Wewatta St., Denver, CO 80202.
