Tiff’s Treats developed from the minds of co-founders Tiffany Taylor and Leon Chen when they were students at the University of Texas in Austin back in 1999. According to the Tiff’s Treats website, Taylor stood Chen up for a date and brought him freshly-baked cookies as an apology. He convinced her to begin selling her cookies, and Tiff’s Treats was born.

The cookie company has expanded across the Lone Star State and has opened locations in Georgia and Tennessee. It appears the location on North Broadway would be the first Tiff’s Treats in Colorado.

Tiff’s Treats offers a variety of delicious cookie flavors including chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter. They also offer brownies, cookie truffles, and ice cream sandwiches.

Delivery is an option with cookies baked to order and delivered warm. Guests can also add some Frost ’ems Frosting Cups to their orders. Frost ’ems are individual cups of buttercream frosting, perfect for an extra sweetness atop a warm Tiff’s Treats cookie.

Tiff Treat’s would replace Pieology’s former location at 1147 N. Broadway, Ste. 103, Denver, CO 80203.

There’s no word yet on when Tiff’s Treats might open in Downtown Denver.
