F45 Training has 10 locations across the Denver Metro area, and the gym is planning to open two new Mile High city locations.
City of Denver permitting information shows minor construction work will be needed for F45 Lowry at 101 Ulster Ct., Ste. 104. The city site states construction will include shower renovations, as well as the addition of a new gym floor at that new location.
F45 Golden Triangle is the second gym planned for Denver to be located at 919 Bannock St. There is no word, yet, on when these two new F45 fitness communities will open to the public.
According to the F45 website, the “F” stands for functional training, which is a mix of circuit and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts. The 45-minute classes are designed to provide a full-body workout and improve energy levels, strength, and endurance.
F45 focuses on a team training mentality, which “helps members transform their lifestyle physically and mentally while encouraging community growth and a no-ego attitude.”
