Uptown & Humboldt, helmed by Chef Gio Diaz and partner Hayden Hess, will offer an eclectic menu inspired by their travels around the world, including Mediterranean specialties like gyros and other delectable street foods.

“We are honored and privileged to have Uptown & Humboldt in Grange Hall,” Diaz said in a press release. “We are very excited that everyone can try ‘A Taste of Our Travels.’ We hope to inspire not only a culinary experience, but a need for travel and wander.”

Grange Hall will span nearly 13,000 square feet and feature a beautiful outdoor patio, an event space for live music and community events, and an eclectic food and beverage program, anchored by micro-brewery Little Dry Creek Brewer and a food hall with nine stalls.

Grange Hall, located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village, is expected to open later this month.
