According to Denver Post, the business will continue to operate under the new ownership during the transition period. The deal closed last week, marking a significant shift for the popular local eatery after 14 years of operation.

It is conveniently located just a few doors down from Stoney’s Bar & Grill’s Winter Park location, which opened three years ago. Owner Rick Marion told Jesseph about plans to retire, and he and his partners Will Trautman, Cortney Kreimeyer, and James Reagan were interested in the concept.

In addition to the Winter Park shop, the brand had another location in Denver’s Union Station North in 2014, but that closed last year. Jesseph teased to the Post that the new ownership may reopen a metro area store.

“We are very excited to keep the Pizza Pedal’r name operating in Winter Park. Rick Marion (former owner) did a heck of a job for 14 years and we intend to pay our respects to Rick by operating a successful pizza restaurant in Winter Park Village for at least 14 more,” he told What Now Denver.
