While the culinary court will remain open, the building’s landlord says it will change ownership as $700,000 is owed.
Located at 3501 Wazee St Suite #100, Denver, CO 80216, Zeppelin Station offers a rotating array of delicious delectables ranging from pasta to lobster rolls and coffee to cocktails, all from differing eateries.
In a letter to investors, Jason Kaplan of Kaplan Cos. divulged that “the business has lost $325,000 in 2022 and sustained additional losses in previous years.”
In 2021, FAM Hospitality Group attempted to take over and revive the food hall, stationing many of its concepts there in addition to managing operations. Unfortunately, that venture soon proved unsuccessful.
“All of Fam’s restaurants within Zeppelin Station have shuttered, although Koko Ni relocated elsewhere in RiNo,” says the Denver Post. “They have been replaced by new eateries.”
Zeppelin Development President/CEO Kyle Zeppelin says the change in ownership will transpire “behind the scenes” for customers, but “the stalls within the food hall will need to reach new deals with the new owner.”
He predicts the incoming change of ownership will be a “collective structure.”
