Lotus Concepts Management is busy working towards the upcoming launch of “Noble,” an upscale steakhouse and seafood restaurant located at 1525 Blake St. The hospitality company promises the establishment will offer an exceptional dining experience in the heart of downtown Denver.

This new venture by the group, which is run by restaurateur Francois Safieddine, will be a lively, upscale venue that combines elegance with a cozy ambiance. Guests can expect top-quality cuts of meat, fresh seafood, and an extensive wine list.

A marketing representative for the group told What Now Denver the restaurant will be “perfect for intimate dinners or special occasions”. They explained plans have been submitted to the city but have yet to be approved. 

For over 20 years, Lotus Concepts Management has been a prominent player in Denver’s food, beverage, and hospitality industry. The organization specializes in hospitality, operations, entertainment, and real estate, with its portfolio including popular venues like ViewHouse, My Neighbor Felix Mexican Kitchen + Bar, and Wonderyard Garden + Table.
