The restaurant will be housed in a glass-enclosed pavilion, creating a seamless connection between the hotel and the pool lounge outside. It will provide a sophisticated dining experience for guests and patrons alike.

White Elephant Aspen is a luxury boutique hotel with a pool and hot tub area and a chic après-ski scene. The resort will blend contemporary mountain aesthetics with rugged modernism: pitted brass, Roman clay-washed walls, leather-detailed upholstery, and a rich color palette of rust, light woods, warm whites, and deep charcoals.

The White Elephant brand, from Nantucket and owned by Boston-based New England Development, has a legacy of award-winning hospitality. Its portfolio of properties spans from the Northeast to Palm Beach.
