Founded by Ryan Morgan, Scott Freund, and Tom Sielaff, Branch & Barrel has transformed from a small venture into an award-winning distillery. The tasting room onsite offers a taste of their flagship bourbon and creative cocktail offerings.

Morgan tells What Now Denver they are scouting areas for the perfect spot, including Downtown Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, and the RiNo district. The company is hoping to launch the new outpost by Q3 of 2025.

“As the company grows, we want to more easily reach our customers. We plan to open a second tasting room in a highly foot-trafficked part of Denver Metro so that our love of sharing becomes more accessible to our amazing customers,”

These expansion plans come as the distillery initiates a fundraising campaign, with a target of raising $5 million. $800,000 of that will be used for securing the second location.
