The business’ OpenTable page describes it as “a place for all of us regular folks. A little uncommon, a little unexpected, a little special. A place for everyone and anyone to enjoy a good hearty meal.”

There are hiring ads up for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions at Wolf Peach Public House. The establishment is under the Table 31 Hospitality umbrella, with Jeffrey Coyle as owner, Henry Kweon as general manager,  Luke Ostrowski as executive chef, and Rob Gaiko as executive sous chef.

The location where the restaurant will be is in the Country Meadows Square, a retail plaza off Hess Road and S. Parker Road. It is a busy mixed-use center, with a number of eateries, a brewery, a dental office, auto shops, and more.
