The eatery will be near prominent businesses like Federal Blue Credit Union, Ziggi’s Coffee, and Dairy Queen. The site is adjacent to Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospital, positioning the new restaurant in a highly visible and well-trafficked area.

This Carl’s Jr. will be a 2,590-square-foot restaurant featuring a drive-thru lane, designed to cater to both dine-in and on-the-go customers. The restaurant will be constructed on a 0.9-acre parcel, providing 18 parking spaces for patrons. The building will stand 35 feet tall, records state.

The project is spearheaded by By The Rio LLC, a franchisee registered to a Pueblo West address. By The Rio LLC currently owns and operates several fast-food locations across Colorado, making this new venture a natural next step for the company.
