Clint Wangsnes, the mastermind behind this chef-driven, fast-casual concept, created the eatery as an elevated option for comfort food. Its three locations, in Lowry, East Colfax, and South Broadway, have been very successful over the years.
The mouthwatering menu at Chop Shop includes 48-hour slow-cooked short ribs, the Super Chop salad, Chop Shop Burger, Indian-inspired masala-marinated chicken breast, fried tofu, and even kid-friendly options such as grilled cheese, buttered noodles and $5 grilled steak with mashers.
The original Chop Shop Casual Urban Eatery was started in 2014. While the details are scarce about the coming location, the brand is sure to stir up some buzz with this spot in the northwest metro.
