When What Now Denver talked with Schloss, we were told that the restaurant is still in the build-out phase, but that he is “excited to bring the new concept to an exciting neighborhood” and hopes to open by December 2021.

Schloss spent two years working at SAFTA and honing his skills before deciding to open his own concept that will focus on falafel, rotisserie chicken, sandwiches, salads and mezzes.

Schloss is “excited to bring high end food to a casual environment,” with Sonny’s Mediterranean. We have no doubt that the restaurant will be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
