“I’m so thankful for the support we’ve gotten from the community as a small business owner,” said Lima. “We are just happy to be open and to be able to pay our employees well and thankful for the continued support.” The roastery had been operating out of a large kiosk in Fort Collins and will be moving to another location in Fort Collins on 302 S College Ave.

“We opened in the middle of a pandemic. Thanks to our community and the support we got from everybody, we did really well and were given the opportunity to open an actual brick and mortar location in Old Town Fort Collins,” said Amanda Lima. The new location is set to be over 2400 square feet and will feature ample seating space.

Apart from selling their famously delicious coffee, Lima Coffee Roasters will also be selling coffee brewing equipment and other products from local businesses. Follow them on Instagram to see updates on when they’ll open.
