Popular quick-serve Mexican chain Chipotle is adding to its Denver footprint: the business has been busy filing a number of permits with the city to construct a building at 5560 Tower Rd.
The records from the City and County of Denver show that Chipotle, which is a Denver-based brand, is requesting permission to construct a 2,325-square-foot space. The areas involved in construction are listed as: order pick-up lane, dining room, commercial kitchen, restrooms, and an outdoor dining patio area.
The most recent building log was submitted in June, and is under review. Legend Partners is listed as the developer, while PCS Group is the architecture company and Core Consultants is the engineering firm on the project.
