Co-owner Lisa Balcom tells What Now Denver that the reimagined Farow will spotlight an extensive selection of wines from around the world. It will also feature a retail shop where guests can purchase their favorite wines to enjoy at home or at their next gathering.

The restaurant will now be open for lunch service. An updated menu will maintain beloved favorites like steak tartare, focaccia, and burger, while introducing new options such as East and West Coast oysters, caramelized onion dip with house-made potato chips, and caviar.

“Our team is incredibly excited about this new chapter for Farow,” Balcom said. “By focusing on wine and expanding our hours, we are able to offer a more comprehensive and enjoyable experience for our guests. We look forward to welcoming both our loyal patrons and new guests to explore our new offerings.”

“We can help you find a great bottle, at the price you want and take the guesswork out.  We want to help you find what you’re looking for, or if you’re feeling adventurous and stepping outside the box, we can offer suggestions based on what you normally drink and find something you’ll truly love. Wine has gotten a bad rap of being pretentious and intimidating.  We’re here to remove that and make it as fun as it should be,” she continued.
