The space where P.F. Chang’s is going into, previously occupied by Mimi’s Café, has reportedly faced renovation delays. Construction work has been stalled for a while, posts on Reddit say.

Once open, the eatery will join an impressive roster of other new tenants including J.Crew Factory, Warby Parker, and local favorite Cozy Coffee Co. The Orchard Town Center, located at the intersection of Interstate 25 and West 144th Avenue, is a vibrant retail hub in the community.

P.F. Chang’s is celebrated for its upscale dining experience and blend of traditional and contemporary Asian flavors with a Chinese focus. The restaurant offers popular dishes such as Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, and the iconic Great Wall of Chocolate dessert.
