Pirate Alley will offer a seasonally-driven menu that focuses on local ingredients. Other offerings will include other sandwiches and small plates. Menu items will be available for dine-in or takeout.

Kyle and Katy Foster, owners of Stir Cooking School, are behind the new Pirate Alley concept. The nearly 3,000-square-foot restaurant is tentatively scheduled to open sometime in July, according to a BusinessDen article.

Stir will host events such as Private Cooking Events and Chef’s Counter Tastings at the location, according to the Pirate Alley website. Private chef events, team building, holiday parties, and more can also be held at the location.
