The venue was purchased by Foster in the fall of last year. It will lighten up the scene of the already vibrant South Broadway district once it opens, which the team hopes can happen soon. Licensing is ongoing, spokesperson Lacy Bursick tells What Now Denver.

It will be housed in a historic property — the old Webber Theatre. The space more recently served as a distillery, which vacated the premises last year. Its interior will be chicly decorated, with brick walls, two bars spread across a spacious open floor plan, and a gallery room.

“We are thrilled to unveil The Dahlia to the Denver community. With its blend of historic charm and modern amenities, The Dahlia promises to be a versatile space that caters to a wide range of events, from weddings and corporate functions to live performances and social gatherings. We look forward to welcoming guests and creating memorable experiences together,” Foster was quoted as saying in the press release.
