From scratch eatery Modern Market is working on another location in Colorado Springs, records reveal. Liquor licensing data shows that the company was approved for a beer and wine license for a property at 3015 New Center Point #100.
The location listed on documents is the former site of Panino’s Italian Restaurant. It is right off the busy Powers Blvd. near the Cimarron Hills neighborhood.
Modern Market was founded in Colorado and has since grown to a multi-state operation with dozens of locations. The farm-to-table eatery prides itself on using no artificial flavors and colors, trans fat, hormones, antibiotics, or additives in its food.
The chain’s menu consists of pizzas, various bowls, sandwiches, soups, salads, and more. Requests for comment about an opening date were not returned to What Now Denver.
