“I will be opening up a rolled Ice cream shop. Need to create a kitchen/prep area, build countertops for serving ice cream…[and work on] flooring, plumbing, and electrical.”

Rolled ice cream, also called stir-fried ice cream, is a recent dessert phenomenon that applies flavor and science to an otherwise ordinary treat to improve both the taste and presentation.

According to Wiki, “It is made using milk, cream, and sugars as well as other added ingredients…The liquid mixture is stirred to incorporate air spaces on an ice pan and simultaneously cooled to −30 °C (−22 °F). The completed rolling process results in rolls of smooth, semisolid ice cream or gelato. The rolls are placed in a vertical position in an ice cream cup, topped off with various toppings and decorations, and eaten with a spoon.”

Stir-Pan Creamery serves over a dozen flavors ranging from Oreo and banana split to banana pudding and chocolate pretzel. It’s currently unclear when Stir-Pan Creamery will debut on Pearl Street. Munoz currently operates Stir-Pan’s maiden store located at 500 S Main St Unit 2R Breckenridge, Co 80424.
