The event will mark the official debut of the restaurant’s first Colorado location, following a successful soft opening. With origins in Buffalo, New York, beginning in 1964, the company now has more than 20 locations across the U.S.

Anchor Bar has become synonymous with the iconic Buffalo wing. Created by Teressa Bellissimo, the original recipe has remained a closely guarded secret. In addition to wings, the concept has a diverse menu that includes pasta, sandwiches, wraps, pizza, and burgers.

This Loveland location is owned by franchisee Bryan Brown. It is situated at The Promenade Shops at Centerra and occupies the space previously held by Bent Fork Grill, which closed its doors in January 2022.

Brown was not immediately available for comment.
