The incoming commercial kitchen, bar, and coffee shop will open at 2100 Arapahoe St, Denver CO 80205 — home of X Denver 3 — according to a construction permit filed with the city.
X Denver 3 and its sister operations are headed up by Noah Gottlieb, CEO of The X Company — the real estate development and operations team behind X.
X is the first and largest branded network of member clubs and private residences in the country.
As per the company’s website, “The X Co. is currently active in six markets, with 5,000 beds in the current portfolio and over $1B in construction activity. X Co. is unique in that it is fully integrated — able to acquire, design, build, and operate its real estate assets, as well as manage its growing member network and brand.”
A few years ago, Denver Infill reported the commencement of X Denver 3’s construction, including the demolition of two buildings that resided on the site.
“According to the plans filed with the city, a 22-story tower with 410 apartment homes will be constructed that includes 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail and 20,000 square feet of co-working space,” reported Infill. “These ‘X social communities’ also include a large amount of amenity space for their residents as we’ve seen with X Denver. This new project follows suit with close to 20,000 square feet of resident amenity space.”
The X Company website doesn’t yet list X Denver 3. However, it does list X Denver 2 as coming in fall 2023.
Permit details also include 2120 Arapahoe St, Denver CO 80205 as a related address for the project, possibly listed as the exact address for the incoming kitchen, bar, and coffee shop.
What Now Denver reached out to Gottlieb for specifics but did not receive immediate feedback. This article will be updated as more details arise.
