Skiptown combines a full-service indoor/outdoor off-leash dog bar & park with a suite of pet care services. Skiptown will occupy a 50,000 sq ft facility in York Street Yards in RiNo.

“We’re a one-stop shop for dogs and their people,” says Meggie Williams, Skiptown’s Founder and CEO in a statement. “We’re dog-focused – the building and the experience is all about the dogs – but the people also have fun and feel relaxed.”

Skiptown’s indoor/outdoor off-leash bar & park features shaded areas, over 27,000 square feet of indoor and turfed outdoor areas, and a splash pad. Bar offerings include cocktails, wine, local beers, and a coffee bar.

On the pet care side, Skiptown’s dog daycare and overnight boarding facility includes padded flooring, a state-of-the-art dog grooming salon, and a dog training studio. Skiptown offers valet dog daycare drop-off and 24-hour supervised, overnight care.

Through the Skiptown app, clients can book appointments, upload vet records, view their dog’s visit reports, and customize their dog’s routine and preferences. Skiptown clients can become members to receive exclusive discounts, access and perks.

Skiptown opened its flagship location in Charlotte, NC in 2020 and is expanding nationally.

“We set out to raise the standard of pet care across the country. We want to make it easy for dogs and people to live their best lives,” says Meggie Williams. Denver dog parents should expect “an upscale retreat for dogs and humans.”

Skiptown is offering a limited supply of discounted VIP and founding memberships online at https://skiptown.io/denver-co/. VIP members receive exclusive discounts, access to member-only events, and unlimited entry to the bar & park. Founding Members will have their dog’s portrait featured in a permanent mural in the bar & park.

Skiptown’s Denver location will open in late summer 2024.
