The renowned trio behind Restaurant Olivia has announced their latest endeavor: Emilia. Chef Ty Leon, Heather Morrison, and Austin Carson will embark on a journey to open a new eatery at 3615 Delgany St., Westword reports.
Building on their success with Restaurant Olivia, the team will bring the flavors of Italy to RiNo’s gastronomic scene. Emilia is slated to open its doors in 2025, recent news articles state. It will occupy a spacious 3,700-square-foot property on the ground floor of The Current, a forthcoming office building at the address.
