With the arrival of H3SH3R at Parkway Food Hall, it’s set to become a cornerstone of the food hall’s offerings with its signature whole-hog barbecue and award-winning wings. Chef Jeff Gebott, the mastermind behind the company, has a commitment to quality and a passion for all things barbecue. The concept is also known for its fun rock ‘n’ roll vibe.

Nestled within the bustling Parkway Promenade shopping center, Parkway Food Hall will be a 16,000-square-foot facility with a diverse array of vendors, a dynamic indoor/outdoor bar, and an inviting patio space. The management company behind the project is National Food Hall Solutions.

The company confirmed the news on Facebook last week, writing, “Well it’s official. We are doing a Brick and Mortar spot in Longmont, Colorado next month. Thank you everyone for the support.”
