This new spot will replace Blazing Bird. The brand aims to bring a pub and bar feel to the area, with patio seating and space for hosting fundraising events. Expanding will also allow the company to enhance its catering services.

Since its debut in 2016, Music City Hot Chicken has become a local favorite, serving crispy fried chicken with various heat levels and an array of house-made sauces. Owned by local brothers Sam and Jordan Graf, the two are excited to expand its presence in their hometown.

The company operates at its original location on Prospect Road in Fort Collins and has an outpost inside TRVE Brewing Co. in Denver. It is partners with a number of local businesses, including Rocky Mountain Audio, Old Town Spice Shop, and the Fort Collins Musicians Association.
