Chef Blake Edmunds and Culinary Creative Group debuted the original Mister Oso in Denver’s RiNo Arts District in 2019. Mister Oso offers a Latin-inspired menu that features smoked meat tacos, ceviche, and crudos with abundant vegetarian options. Guests may also indulge in vibrant Latin cocktails such as the Paloma (tequila, grapefruit Jarritos, and lime) or the Mint To Be (Doña Loca mezcal, mint, and lemonade).

Although an official opening date for the second restaurant hasn’t been announced, locals may enjoy an exquisite plate of ceviche with a refreshing agua fresca at Mister Oso’s stomping grounds at 3163 Larimer Street, which offers lunch, happy hour, and dinner seven days a week.
