With a vibrant menu inspired by Latin American flavors and traditions, Mister Oso has quickly gained a reputation for its bold and imaginative dishes and drinks. The restaurant is especially known for its smoked-meat tacos, flavorful ceviches, fresh salads, and expertly crafted cocktails.
Founded by acclaimed chef Blake Edmunds, the business won the Michelin Bib-Gourmand award recently. It has also been recognized as one of “Denver’s 38 Essential Restaurants”.
“The original location of Mister Oso opened in November of 2019, and was only a few months old when the COVID pandemic arrived. We had barely gotten our feet under us, and then had to reopen under wild and ever changing daily circumstances. We slowly got back open during the late part of spring, and the restaurant just absolutely took off,” Edmunds said of the business’s backstory.
In tandem with another Culinary Creative Group business, Aviano Coffee, Mister Oso will occupy a ground-level shell within the hotel property. The Moxy will be managed by Vision Hospitality Group, a Tennessee-based firm with almost 30 years of experience.
