The Local Drive is set to launch its third location at Stanley Marketplace, marking a significant expansion for the popular golf simulator bar. According to Business Den, the brand will be taking over an old hangar to bring food and fun to the complex’s (located at 2501 Dallas St.) visitors.

Founder Winston Manley has announced plans to transform the space into a dynamic entertainment venue featuring two levels of Trackman golf simulators, volleyball courts, private event spaces, three bars, and an outdoor patio. The new venue, spanning 25,000 square feet, will also have a stage for concerts and a pro shop.

Plans to begin franchising the company and grow beyond Colorado are also in the works, the article states. It was founded in RiNo in 2022 by Winston Manley and Joe Lynch, and has since also expanded to Longmont. 

In Aurora, Stanley Marketplace is a bustling mixed-use destination blending retail, dining, and community spaces.  The 140,000-square-foot facility, formerly headquarters for Stanley Aviation, is now home to over 50 independently owned Colorado businesses.
