Gafner Hospitality Group is gearing up for the grand opening of its latest venture, Ember Restaurant and Bar. The eatery is located at Estes Park Resort, situated against the picturesque Lake Estes and the Rocky Mountains at 1700 Colorado Peaks Dr.
Owned by Sean Gafner, a Certified Executive Chef and co-owner of the restaurant management company, patrons can expect the establishment to offer top-tier service. The company is currently hiring for positions at the dining destination.
Other popular local eateries are under the firm: The Roost, Jefes Tacos & Tequila, and Swaylo’s Tiki Restaurant & Bar. Some of the well-loved items at those businesses may make a guest appearance on Ember’s menu.
Ember will feature modern American cuisine, with highlights including elk tenderloin, scallops, burgers with grass-fed beef, and more. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, and will offer catering services for weddings and corporate events hosted at the hotel.
