On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, the world’s largest Mexican casual dining brand, along with hospitality company Hilton (NYSE: HLT) announced the opening of a new On The Border restaurant inside the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport. The 4,000 square-foot restaurant is located at 16475 East 40th Circle near Gateway Park and will serve guests for dine-in, pick up, delivery, and catering. Its hours will be Monday-Friday 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 12 p.m.-10 p.m.

“We’re excited to be growing On The Border’s reinvigorated brand with Hilton Garden Inn, especially in the Denver area that has a tremendous restaurant scene,” says Tim Ward, CEO of On The Border in a statement. “All our restaurants feature authentic Tex-Mex food, along with an experience that embraces a celebration of food and culture.”

On The Border is known for its Mesquite wood fire grill and menu items such as its sizzling fajitas, plus house made salsa and guacamole served fresh with endless complimentary chips made in house.

“We are thrilled to bring On The Border to our Denver Airport location to serve both our hotel guests and the local community,” says Scott Nadel, Chief Operating Officer of Galaxy Hotels. “We will have the best Tex-Mex in the area with hospitable service and festive energy.”

With statewide locations in Aurora, Colorado Springs, Highlands Ranch, and Loveland, the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport On The Border restaurant will mark the brand’s seventh site in Colorado. More than 40 team members have been trained for the restaurant opening.
