Permits filed with the city show the business is looking to do about $230,000 of work at the space. The property was previously and office and needs construction to transition into a food establishment.
Franchisee Leigh Hall told What Now Denver that the estimated opening date range is tentatively set for July/August. Her store is one of over 100 units that Pure Green has grown to in the last 10 years.
