The popular spot won’t be leaving the historic 1701 Wynkoop St. property — just switching to another shell in the building to accommodate the steady stream of patrons it sees, especially on weekends.
With over 230 seats, the new Union Station location will accommodate over 100 more guests than its current spot. It will also feature a redesigned interior, inspired by vintage ski town aesthetics and Union Station’s rich history. The space is slated for a September opening.
Founded in 2006 by brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel, Snooze A.M. Eatery is a Denver-based chain that has grown to have 50+ locations nationwide. With a menu of breakfast classics and refreshing cocktails, the chain is a massive hit with the brunch crowd.
