Taco Bell will be building a location in Arvada at 9157 Indiana St., city record show. A site plan for a ground-up restaurant construction was submitted last month to the city and is currently listed as “under review”.
The location is the developing Whisper Village center on the northeast corner of Indiana St. and West 90th Avenue. Documents from Rich Development Company show that in addition to Taco Bell, other future tenants include Dunkin’ Donuts, Brakes Plus, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and more.
Records show that the developer is Alvarado Concepts, LLC, and the company is working with Nadel Architecture & Planning on the project. Alvarado Concepts is the parent company for Alvarado Restaurant Nation, a franchise system with over 200 restaurants.
The project narrative states the 2,049-square-foot building will have “two access drives off 91st Ave and one cross access to Lot 4…with the drive-thru facing north and parking of 20 spots will be on the South side of the building.”
