Studios are planned for Park Meadows Dr. and S. Yosemite St. in Lone Tree, Meadows Pkwy. and Meadows Blvd. in Castle Rock, E-740 and E. Smoky Hill Rd. in Aurora, and at Orchard Rd. and I-25 in Greenwood Village. Those 9Round Fitness locations will be in addition to more than half a dozen studios in the Denver Metro Area.

A fourth Colorado Springs location is also in the works for Bloomington St. 9Round Fitness already has studios in Colorado Springs at S. Tejon, Centennial Blvd., and Power Center Point. The website simply states these studios are “coming soon,” so there is no word on when they will officially open to the public.

The kickboxing studio offers 30-minute workouts for the member’s own time schedule, not classes. 9Round Fitness is a full-body workout that relieves stress, burns calories, and builds lean muscle. Modifications can be made based on fitness level.

Members receive gear for the workout, which includes nine training stations with three minutes at each station—strength training with dumbbells, kettle bells, and medicine balls; kickbox fitness with punching and kicking various bags; and finally, abs and core.

9Round also offers an online option, which features 30-minute, full-body workouts that are kickboxing-themed and can be done without equipment.
