The company is actively searching for property and partners in the targeted communities. Balance Pan-Asian Grille estimates that each market can accommodate between five and 30 stores.
“Colorado is a lively and flourishing state and we can’t wait to continue to share our passion for flavorful fresh-focused foods with its communities,” cofounder HoChan Jang was quoted as saying in the Post piece.
The first Balance Grille to come to the Centennial State opened at Arvada’s Freedom Street Social a year ago. The Pan-Asian-inspired fast-casual spot uses fresh ingredients with the pillars of healthy greens, grains, and veggies. It was founded in Ohio in 2010.
