Call Your Mother, the “Jew-ish” deli making carb-centric food, announced the opening of its newest location in Denver, Colorado at 3880 Tennyson Street. The deli, which opened its pink and teal doors on Friday, May 19, is the first outside of its home state of D.C., bringing Bagels and Deli Sandwiches to the neighborhood in a curated space designed in collaboration with Tweed Studio.

Founded by husband and wife duo, Andrew Dana and Chef Daniela Moreira, the new location on Tennyson is set to feature menu favorites. Alongside their bagels— made sweet with a touch of honey— and from-scratch baked goods, Denver’s Call Your Mother will also feature exclusive offerings to the city, such as the Jetski, a brisket + pastrami cheese steak on a bagel, with locally-sourced ingredients from Colorado-based vendors.

Committed to integrating into the local community, Call Your Mother has solidified key philanthropic partnerships with nonprofits including We Don’t Waste and The GrowHaus. Leftover bagels will be donated daily and guests will always receive the opportunity to round-up their purchase total to support the chosen community-driven organization for that month. Dana and Moreira have always treated their teams like family and neighborhoods like home, and Denver will be no exception.

“We’re ready to introduce Call Your Mother to the Mile High City,” said Andrew Dana, co-founder of Call Your Mother Deli in a statement. “We’ve been blown away by the warm welcome and support received by the community so far, and we can’t wait to share our love for Jew-ish deli food with the people of Denver.”

The Denver location will feature the same funky and fun aesthetic as the original D.C. spot, with music, bright colors, and playful nods to Jew-ish culture throughout. The space will have indoor seating as well as a carry-out counter for those on the go.

Call Your Mother will be open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch from 7:00am – 2:00pm on weekdays and 8:00am – 3:00pm on weekends.
